DMH Rehab was founded nine years ago when our team witnessed Santa Cruz families traveling hours just to find quality addiction treatment. We opened our doors on Soquel Ave to fill that gap, creating a center where crisis stabilization and long-term recovery could happen close to the people who needed it most.

Since then, more than 3,600 patients have walked through our facility and found solid ground again.
